What is Neuropsychiatry?

Neuropsychiatry bridges the gap between traditional "talk" psychotherapy and the medical aspects of behavior. Even Freud, who started out as a neurologist, felt his analytic theories were a "stop-gap" until medical science better understood the neurophysiologic workings of the mind.
